Charlie English

Charlie English was born in York in 1967. He was brought up in the East Riding of Yorkshire, and studied Electrical Engineering in London before moving to Pakistan for his first job in journalism. He has worked for the Independent, French television and the Guardian, where he is currently associate editor of the paper. He is writing The Snow Tourist for Portobello Books.
