Cynan Jones

Cynan Jones was born in Wales in 1975. His first novel, The Long Dry, was published in 2006 and went on to win a Betty Trask Award from the Society of Authors. The book has since been translated into Italian, Arabic and French. Italian translations of a further two novellas are to follow.
Other short work has been variously published, and the author was selected as the Hay Festival nominee for the 2008 Scritture Giovani project.
His next novella is to be published by Parthian Books in Spring 2011.
